I'm a Medical Biller who is good when analuzing claims specially with a denied claim. I can anlyze what is the error and what need to be done. I handled 3 insurance Medicaid,UHC and Fidelis Denials. I also edit HCFA and EOB and check if it's match. We are using Brightree as our billing system and rely to fee schedule to know what is the allowed unot and amount. I'm a responsible and dependable Customer service representative for months . I had work for Health Insurance with 21 tools and counting. My experiences in a high-pressured environment have taught me attention to details and flexibilty in using different tools provided by the client. I am a hardworking , fast typer, good listener,fast learner and adaptable to mert employer's timezone. I value my client's trust and I commit myself to any job,taking full responsibilty in completing project on time. I used to work as a Social Media Manager, and my responsibilities included organically boosting social media accounts by publishing, sharing, uploading, and generating content to help clients grow their businesses.
