Experienced and enthusiastic with excellent customer service and marketing skills.Plan and schedule meetings and appointments of patients and doctors. Ensure information of patients (eg. personal details, lab works) are accurate and valid by creating and updating records.Address customer service inquiries thru phone call, FB page, business suite and email.Documented patient medical histories, complaints, and all patient-related communication.Responsible for maintaining inventory records. Recorded data manually and by using the computer.
