I have extensive experience as a Client Support Representative mainly in the insurance industry (Personal and Commercial Lines).
I have also helped Insurance Agents increase their profit by closing deals from generated quality leads through telemarketing/cold calling, and SMS/email marketing.
I used to assist with the application process of insurance such as auto, home, and other LOBs under personal and commercial lines.
My tasks as an insurance VA would include the following:
- prepare applications for new and renewal clients
- use comparative rater (EZLynx) and various carrier platforms for quoting
- work with underwriters on the status of the submitted application
- cross-sell/upsell other services
- input information and data in the AMS/CRM
- warm transfer of leads to licensed insurance agents/reps if applicable
- doing follow-up calls and SMS/emails
and other tasks assigned from time to time.
I am familiar with the following platforms:
- EZLYNX (PL comparative rater)
- Bold Penguin (CL comparative rater)
- Zoho
- RingCentral
- Mojo Dialer
and other carrier portals for quoting
I am also a Book Publishing Expert, and have managed a US-based online Kindle Direct Publishing business.
And I am a multi-linguist, too. I can speak English, Japanese, and Filipino languages.
