Amazon Rockstar Consultant | Zendesk / Shopify Specialist

While I am an enthusiastic high Amazon Rockstar Consultant, I also now specialize in Zendesk and Shopify. I also work in the general customer service field.

Whether you are starting up, or scaling up, I'm here to assist.

E-commerce CSR (Zendesk/Shopify Customer Support):
• Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools such as Zendesk and Shopify
• Responds and provides knowledgeable answers to customers'??email inquiries thru Zendesk tickets in regards to their inquiries such as order status, delivery timeframes, etc
• Responds to brand's customers via??Facebook/Instagram inbox and comments, handling reviews and such
• Processing orders, returns, replacement, warranties, and refunds.
• Deal with orders in the back office.
• Delivering 100% customer satisfaction in regards to dispatch products and ensuring after-sales support is being provided.
