I am knowledgeable in cisco mostly in packet tracer, cabling. I know some tech stuff on gaming console specially for ps3, psp, psvita and desktop computer problems like BSOD, MS office, install/uninstall program, using 3rd party program. My power to solve an issue is a extreme searching the solution in the net. I also know a bit in programming like C++, VB6, and a bit of autocad, on which i learned when i was a student. Communication skills and patience on which i use in chat and email. I was a technical support representative in a gaming account it was non-voice(email, chat), way back when i was working in Teleperformance.
