Profile Description

I also worked as a customer service representative on a healthcare account helping customer's to check plan benefits, eligibility and processed claims.
I was also part of an escalation team were we insure that their complaints are being heard and valued.
I have received numerous award such as Most valuable player in getting most numbers of calls while maintaining the average handled time, customer service satisfaction king and providing first call resolution.
I have a good communication skill, an active listener. I am a computer literate- and know how to solve a complex problem. I can work under pressure. I am dedicated and highly trainable.
