I helped them in ensuring that their customers were satisfied by immediately responding to customer's issues and concerns through online tools and ticketing systems, live chat tools. Through my freelance career, I became very familiar with different cloud-based software which I believe is very important with being a freelancer! I am very well adept with customer service processes such as responding to customer complaints, assisting them with their system issues, and processing orders!
For the past 3 years, I have been employed in a busy role where I am required to monitor account progress, maintain high-level client relationships,s and ensure employee satisfaction.
