Profile Description

As a customer service representative, I have encountered and interacted with various customers throughout the years that I've been in this field. Given the 2 years and 5 months of experience that I've gained, I'm quite confident that my inter-social communication skills and my need to interact with other people, as well as other skills that I possess, are what you are looking for.
Technologically speaking, I'm quite versatile with it, since I've had had experience with communicating with other people virtually; I am an efficient individual who values time, effort and skills for the contribution to a company's success; I also love to discover and gain new knowledge and always willing to think out of the box and I'm very flexible with my time and workload. I can also understand and speak Italian fluently, since I grew up in Italy; so, pretty much, it's my second language. As what I've stated above, I like to interact with other people and help them in any way that I can. And I'd love to continue with what I love to do by exploring new opportunities and by going out of my comfort zone.
