I am a highly motivated and goal oriented person, I believe that I need this job to fulfill my goals. I am flexible because I can easily adopt to any changes in my environment. I can easily understand people in different walks of life. I worked in a hospital and have a daily encounter with different people with different needs. I can multi-task, this is one of my asset that I think every company needs. When I am in a workplace, being productive is the number one in my list. This is the way that I can see and evaluate my performance in my job. I am innovative,
for me it is not just about accomplishing a task given but, it is also important on how I did the task. Most people follow the traditional way of doing things, that will lead to similar results. I believe that there are different ways of doing things and I found out that, some ways of doing things lead to surprising results.
