I'm a former food and beverage server/in-room dining cashier and a former cabin crew. I have been tasked to do the following tasks; answering phone calls from ordering guests, transmitting orders, dealing with complaining guests, dealing with angry passengers onboard, ensuring passengers safety and comfort, lead and perform specific duties such as monitoring the cabin while maintaining good customer service before, during, and after the flight, maintaining good and positive communication between flight deck crew, ground crew, and co-cabin crew while transmitting important details and documents needed for the flight.
 
Even without the experience of being a Virtual Assistant. I can do the following tasks; Handling Emails, Social Media Management, Customer E-email support, Handling WordPress Websites, and anything related to digital/online Management.
 
Also, I can do basic tasks like data entry using Google Docs and Spreadsheets, Manage Dropbox, Google Drive, and Google Calendar, Set Appointments with internal/external clients through E-mails. 
 
Additional skill is editing logos and photos with the
use of Canva.
 
Lastly, I am a Tourism Management graduate with (3)
years of experience in the field of Customer Service (hotel and airline
Industry), and with my previous career, I have gained experience working with
different people from companies, various countries, and cultures. Therefore, I
can work and perform well especially in a team setting. I am a passionate
learner, always willing to work and learn from others in a new environment, a
person who works hard and pays attention to every detail. I can communicate
well in the English language to assure good service.
 
I can be very useful in your team since my main
objective to my clients is to give outstanding Results, long-term
relationships, professionalism, and leave them 100% satisfied with my work.
