- Following up for the prescription request that has been fax / mailed to the provider’s office about the patient’s order for diabetic testing supplies, knee brace, ankle brace, wrist brace, back brace and heating pad. - Following up for the incomplete prescription that the company received from the provider’s office and asking if they can provide a verbal answer thru phone regarding the incomplete information. - Received inbound calls from the provider’s office confirming if we received the prescription that they faxed back. - Received inbound calls from the provider’s office regarding the voicemail that they have received and give confirmation if the provider will not or will sign the prescription, if the patient needs first to call to their office to verify the order or to set-up an appointment, if the provider is not prescribing those supplies and the patient need to go to their Primary Care Physician or Specialty provider. - Received inbound calls from the patient’s relative or patient itself to follow-up regarding their supplies. - Receiving inbound calls from healthcare providers asking for medical benefits specifically for HumanaOne members. - Receiving inbound calls from healthcare providers asking for claim status and appeal status for Humana members. - Assisting healthcare provider if the payment were already been transferred into their account or the payment check has already been issued or cleared - Assisting healthcare provider checking whether they are participating to a specific network of a plan by their patient. - Accurate escalations of the issues and concerns of healthcare provider in regarding the appeal that has been pending for review beyond the turn-around-time and the provider wants to be expedited the process. ----- IN TOTAL I HAVE 4 YEARS WORKING AS CUSTOMER SERVICE IN LINE WITH MEDICAL ACCOUNT
