Profile Description

I am a Manychat expert with three years of experience in chatbot automation. I am proud of the work that I do and the impact that it has on our agency clients. I believe in the power of technology to make a positive difference, and I am dedicated to using my skills and experience to do so. 

As a chatbot developer at GROW AI, I build, optimize, scale, and manage conversational AI experiences for some of the most influential eCommerce brands in the world using technologies like: Manychat, Dialogflow, Make, and more. 

My focus is to develop solutions that automate sales and customer service using artificial intelligence and machine learning to help eCommerce businesses connect better and faster with their audience.

In my role, I take the conversational solution from the design stage to build, test, deploy and manage. I maintain and enhance the chatbot to meet changing needs of our clients and enhance the user experience with the bot with each future interaction.
