Outside of work, I enjoy playing video games, reading, and spending time outdoors. I'm a huge animal lover and I volunteer at a local animal shelter in my free time.

I have experience in both quantitative and qualitative analysis and I am able to effectively use the results to inform decision-making.

I have five years of BPO experience. I handled inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails. I also worked as a Data Processing Associate and I was able to be part of a Cluster leader for a quality assurance team.
