I started working as a Customer Service Representative in 2003 for 411 Directory Assistance. This job enabled me to hone my customer service skills such as assisting the customers in a polite and timely manner. I was promoted as a Quality Assurance Specialist where in my main task is to monitor and score the calls. I facilitate QA calibration to show the clients how we score the calls according to the guidelines. I am now working as a Research Analyst for a company that deals with US government procurements.
