• Represent the business brand on different social media platforms
• Respond to customers' concerns/inquiries through messaging and follow-ups.
• Initiate engagements with both current and potential clients and audiences.
• Create captions and ad copies for social media posts.
• Research opportunities to promote "sparks" on social media.

Social Media Marketing
• Strengthen loyalty, trust, and relationships with current customers.
• Building relationships and brand awareness with new audiences who will potentially become customers.
• Raising brand awareness and the business's online presence.
• Promoting a new service, food dish, and even the best-sellers that your business offer.
• Get more inquiries and orders.

Content Creation and Management
• Diversifying content assets that represent the business (not just photos and videos only)
• Curate, repurpose and even improve the previous social media posts and content published.
• Maintain a social media calendar with promotional posts, UGC posts, flyers, special offer announcements, text posts, photos, videos and etc.
• Being creative and unique all the time, must "think out of the box" when it comes to content creation.
• Strategize and produce valuable content. Content is king in every business.

Video Editing and Production
• Suggest and brainstorm video content ideas through meetings and a proposal.
• Edit video clips and repurpose them in the most creative ways.
• Creating graphics and short videos.
• Applications I use Canva, CapCut, and Filmora
