Profile Description

My customer service experience along with my relevant educational background make me an ideal candidate for the post. My superiors with my previous company where I worked will attest to my natural abilities to work well with people and providing excellent customer services.
Holding a demanding position in a dynamic organization has provided me with the opportunity to perform the following tasks to the best of my abilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries on telephone, email, chat services and in person
– Identifying and evaluating customer needs and providing appropriate solutions and responses
– Using available and appropriate systems to respond to problems and queries
– Building successful relationships with counterparts and management
Living and working in this day and age of high and ever changing technology, I make it a point to learn new systems in order to keep myself abreast of the competition.
