Profile Description

I am a Certified Public Accountant and a Lawyer with background in General Litigation. I handled various civil, criminal and administrative cases during my stint in a law firm. My work primarily involves legal research, drafting pleadings, attending court hearings and conferences with clients. Cases I handled include family and property disputes, intracorporate cases, labor disputes, administrative cases in various quasi-judicial bodies of the government, and corporate fraud. I also handled criminal cases such as perjury, falsification, estafa and qualified theft. I then transitioned to public service as a public attorney of the Public Attorney's Office. In court, I am practically the defense lawyer in criminal cases for accused who do not have private defense lawyers. As a public attorney, I also render legal advice to walk-in clients as well as draft and review legal documents. Essentially, our goal as public attorneys is to afford indigents and other qualified persons free access to courts. Currently, I am a solo practitioner offering a wide-spectrum of legal services to clients such as legal counselling and legal representation in civil and criminal csases.
As both a Certified Public Accountant and a Lawyer, I am armed with various theoretical and technical knowhow in relation to Business and Corporate Structures and Policies as well as Legal and Governmental Regulations.
