Profile Description

Prepares progress billing for projects.
Prepares billing documents for the projects that needed to submit to the client.
Coordinate between consultants, external agencies, contractors, property owners, and other utility services for assigned projects.
Prepares estimates for bidding purposes.Analyzes blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, material, and labor estimates.
Prepares estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
Reviews material and labor requirements to dUpgrade to see actual info the cost-effectiveness to produce or purchase components.
Prepares technical documents needed for bidding on a project.
Attend pre-bid meetings and site inspections for the bidding of a desired project.
Assist the project manager/operations manager and supervise office engineering construction.
Prepares PowerPoint presentations for clients for bidding purposes.
Identifies project needs such as resources, staff, and finances by reviewing project objectives and schedules.
Responsible for organizing and preparing necessary documents required in the application or renewal of permits for a certain project.
Prepare documents needed for processing permits for a certain project.
Coordinate with various local government units/agencies in processing Barangay Clearance, Locational Clearance, Fire Safety Clearance, Building Permit, and Transportation Permit.
Prepares billing payroll for a certain project.
