My role includes registering Real Estate Mortgages of various bank accounts at respective government agencies. Facilitating documents for compliance such as securing/requesting of tax declaration, tax clearance and certified true copy of the title. Facilitate Issuance of New Owner's duplicate of Title (Lost Title). Facilitate filing of Petition of Extra Judicial Foreclosure. Also, responsible for depositing payments to the bank and doing Check-In-Cash. Maintain calendar of court hearings, meetings and deadline. Manage case files and paperwork of attorney. Answering phone calls and sending emails.
I can say that I am able to manage multiple task and finish within given period time. I am also keen to details and making sure that I input correct and accurate details. I am computer literate particularly at Microsoft Office Applications. I have also a little idea about troubleshooting. I am able to type 30 to 35 wpm. I am also fast learning and willing to learn new things.
