I was a Recruitment Specialist in an international company here in the Philippines. I was in charge of recruiting Foreign nationals to be deployed in different sites. I developed my interview and recruitment skills during my stay with my previous company. I also did onboarding tasks when there is a need. Account management and coordination between the Hiring managers and candidates are also on top of my duties.
During my stay with one of the prestigious and stable bank, I was tasked to be a frontliner which is a teller post and new accounts. Customer service is the greatest skill that I developed. Giving them the best and serving them right.
