????Supplier Sourcing- I can help you to cut costs and find reliable suppliers that are capable of providing supplies that are not costly. Because of this, I can help you source a supplier that is profitable.

????Product listing- I used tools like Helium10 (Cerebro and Magnet) for finding the best keyword there is and have competitor analysis which I can adapt to your listings.

????PPC Campaign Set up and Management- With the right strategy, I can help in lowering ACoS by analyzing the reports so that we could set up strategies for your business.

????Customer Service- I can provide customer service since I have experience as chat support in my previous company. I also use tools like Text Expander in order to make the job much easier.

????Social Media Management- Provided with training granted by DICT's program, I'm also knowledgeable on how to make your business more profitable and to have more engagement on social media. I used tools like Buffer to schedule posts and Canva for graphic designing.
