During my past years as a virtual assistant these are the tasks that I have handled.• Basic Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign tasks.• Designed Logos, proof reading and editing word and pdf documents.• Research• Blog writing for a local music website• Basic WordPress tasks.• Communicate inspection, vacant building registrations, utility transactions and liens with villages.• Send approval request for payment to Asset Managers• Deal with all transactions with village except closing transactions.• Keep CRM (Salesforce) up to date with details regularly.• Reliever for receptionist, transfer phone calls to specific agents assigned property and/or person dealing with such information the caller is inquiring about.• Use platforms such as Salesforce, Upgrade to see actual info, Equator, HomeSteps, LPS, Keystone,AMN, Homepath, TAZA, MLS etc.• Man phone calls• Craigslist postings• List properties on Multiple Listing Service (MLS),• Water account transfers and turning on and off utilities• Manage access codes for agent showings. Before I became a freelancer, I worked as a call center agent for more than 2 years which was my stepping stone to becoming a virtual agent. I have handled Financial and Human Resource accounts.
