From my fast work I make financial report. Coordinate with supplier. Make cheque and issue them. Make standing order to the bank. Communicate with the bank with any double charge on KNET cards or Visa cards. I make payment voucher for all the payment. Keep a good file electronically and papers of all the accounting files. I do back recon of the bank statement and so with reconcile with the supplier of any outstanding unpaid invoices if ever. I make later also the calculation of the doctors commission and so, assist with the payroll roll out.
