Profile Description

I am a highly experienced and motivated Pre-Litigation Paralegal, with at least 3 years of experience working in a Personal Injury Law Firm.
I handled all pre-suit communications and acted as the center of communication for and between the client, attorney, medical providers, lien holders, and insurance companies; coordinated and managed medical treatment care for clients as necessary; educated the client on the case progression processes and set appropriate client expectations and escalate issues to the attorney as needed.
I possess superb interpersonal skills, unquestionable integrity, self-discipline, and the ability to adapt to changes in processes and procedures, I am detail-oriented, self-motivated, a team player, have the ability to multi-task, an excellent communicator (written and verbal), have knowledge of Litify and Needles and proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
