Having garnered invaluable experience, I proudly boast seven years of corporate work experience within an esteemed American multinational technology corporation, widely acknowledged as one of the world's premier Upgrade to see actual infomencing my career as a Technical Support professional, I diligently provided assistance to both clients and employees, effectively resolving their day-to-day hardware and software technical queries.

Fueled by an unrelenting eagerness to broaden my skill set, I bravely ventured beyond my comfort zone and made a transition to the Human Resources department. Taking on the role of  HR Global Escalation Officer, I adeptly managed a multitude of complaints and addressed diverse company-related concerns, further honing my interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Driven by the desire to continuously develop and adapt to business requirements, I was promoted to the position of Payroll Officer, entrusted with overseeing the largest payroll division within the US region. Managing complex processes with precision, I am proud to note that our pay runs have consistently been executed on time, encountering minimal issues throughout my tenure.

Amidst the challenges posed by the pandemic, I seized the opportunity to explore the online sphere and embarked on a small business venture in the shoe industry,  beauty products, and health and wellness offerings. Taking charge of diverse operations, ranging from online advertising and marketing to managing Facebook pages, and even overseeing purchase orders and deliveries, I navigated each task with efficiency and success. This venture became the catalyst that sparked a profound realization within me: why not transform this passion-driven endeavor into a full-fledged profession? By embracing this path, I could savor the intrinsic enjoyment derived from my work while wholeheartedly pursuing my passions.

Utilizing my proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, and video editing software, I channel my passion into creating captivating digital content such as logos, advertisements, and reviews. These creations find their way onto multiple social media platforms, allowing me to showcase my skills and share my passion with a wider audience. Furthermore, within the online community, I have been able to extend my support by serving as a moderator and administrator for friends' Facebook and YouTube platforms.

At present, I hold the position of an HR Recruiter Remote Manager in a Senior Care organization based in the  Upgrade to see actual info this role, I am entrusted with the responsibility of sourcing and attracting talented candidates through various channels, including databases and social media platforms. Additionally, I conduct interviews and meticulously filter applicants to identify the most suitable candidates for open positions. A crucial aspect of my work involves providing the rest of the team with well-documented recruiting reports that offer valuable insights and analysis. Furthermore, I actively contribute to our organization's online presence by creating compelling content for our Facebook and Instagram pages, in addition to engaging in digital marketing initiatives.
