I work as a Financial Planning Assistant / Mortgage Broking Assistant for an Australian client from 2021 up until present. I am responsible for conducting product research calls on behalf of a client to be made ready for a financial advice. I am also responsible for entering data after the made call to a database platform where we input all of our client's data and information. I manage the client's email where we handle all of the adviser's/broker's advice and concerns. I am proficient in using Microsoft, Google, Adobe, including Canva and Photoshop for data and graphic presentations. My client always praises me for my good work attitude and excellent error free service.
I had my on the job training with a telecommunications provider as a telemarketer where we sell phone kits. I consistently hit the sales quota over a given period of time. Moreover, I sell sneakers over social media and I post them in my feed, stories, and in groups. I also did Facebook ads where I ran advertisements for my products. I have the potential to run a social media page producing content, present graphics, answer enquiries, run ads, close deals, following up for more deals. I'm also keen in expanding my focus to SEO, Youtube ads, Google ads where I strive to keep on learning and hunger for experience for my marketing skills.
