Profile Description

I've worked in the Call Center industry for eight (8) and a half years. I started working as a Customer Service Representative year 2005, then after a couple of years I was moved to Technical Department as a Specialist, and later on got promoted as a Quality Assurance Specialist. I even become a Subject Matter Expert for like 2 years back then. All those years we've been communicating with Americans and some British people. And that's been my battlefield to train myself in the world of the English Language.
I'm currently working as a part-time Online English Tutor in a Japanese Online English School. I've been working with them for more than a year now. One year and two months to be exact.
I am also currently working as a part-time Virtual Assistant in a company that assists Realtors in the US. As a Virtual Assistant, I'm in charge of preparing and updating files, reports, Active listings, emails, and marketing (here I use different tools like social media, and other sites that we use to market our listings like constantcontact, circlepix, wordpress, etc.).
