I have 2 years and 7 months experience with Professional Services. I've worked on Real Estate Services, here are my duties and responsibilities:
Handling all of the proposals; title deeds and contracts of our lessor and lessee; coordinates with them 3 months prior the expiration of their contract/leasing agreement; accepting and verifying cheques related to their contracts and rental fees.
In charged with all of our CRMs, real estate tools and email marketing after I finished my course that was conducted and mandated by the real estate regulatory agency in Dubai; calling lessors and owners of properties weekly to verify if their properties are still available or if there are changes with the selling/renting price - to continually post it in our sites and portals. 
Our property consultants reported to me directly regarding their daily activities (clients and properties they visited); whereas they can call me to check the availability of a certain property or details of it; they also send images of properties along with the details that they would like to post in our sites/portals. 
I was also in charged to coordinate with developers specially if there are new projects - to get all of the details such as payment plan, floor plan and if we can get exclusivity of their project. 
Since we participated with real estate exhibitions annually, I was given a chance to coordinate with exhibition personnel and executives; third party companies for souvenirs and newspaper outlets for advertisements.
