I'm a Marketing graduate, but currently working as a Client Care Support in one of a US Financial Account. Being in a customer service setting, I learned that people are unpredictable. Every day at work is a new experience. I love problem-solving, building rapport, and always eager to learn. I have been a Sales and travel consultant for more than 3 years. Throughout this year, I learned a lot. Become an expert in identifying customers' problems and providing solutions efficiently and effectively. Learned upselling and cross-selling to reach target sales.
