Checking of Sale report and Reconcile

Help Fulfilment center to reach out customer to ask
them details & track orders to ensure that the
delivery will be successful. 

Answer emails from customers regarding their orders
made online
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional
attitude toward customers at all times
Responding promptly to customer inquiries 

Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can
answer questions 

Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as
necessary

Bank Reconciliation
Matching of transaction to bank auto settlements.

Reconciliation of OR
Checking of 2307.

Process outgoing payments with agencies and contractors in compliance with financial
policies and procedures.

Perform day to day financial transaction including verifying, recording of accounts
payable data.
Reconciliation of the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are
accounted for and properly posted.

Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, with the tenants
Generates reports regarding accounts payable status

Audit of daily sales transactions tenants and ice sales commission.
Monitoring and checking of contract of exhibit tenants.

Update of sales growth status on
system (SAP).

Periodical inventory of engineering and maintenance stocks.

Processing of invoices.
Preparation of Notes to Financial Statements.
