Before this whole pandemic thing, I was working as a casino dealer. Understandably, I am one of the many, who got Upgrade to see actual info order to bring food on the table, I tried venturing out of my comfort zone. I had to rely on my skills and experiences. I know that skills alone won't cut it specially in virtual industry which I got interested to. I took the liberty to enroll with a course that I believe will launch my career to a whole new level. 

I started working as an ecommerce VA to a US based since October 2021. I rendered 12 hours a day, 5 days a week. My responsibilities involve product researching, Facebook Marketplace and Shops product listing, keeping track of our inventory, providing exemplary to customers, occasionally managing ads, etc.

In addition to all that I have said, I had several years worth of call center experience. First off, I supported an insurance firm located in Brisbane, Australia. Then, I supported one the major wireless network provider in USA for 2 years. Then, I got hired as a technical support to the world's largest search engine. I worked there for 3 years. Lastly, I was part of one of the world's largest computer company. I worked there as a technical support for 2 years.

I don't want to oversell myself here. I know my experience isn't really worth that much compared to other virtual assistants out there. But I love researching. There's this part of me that won't really stop if I happen to be interested in something that I don't know about. Take this virtual industry thing that I honestly haven't heard of. I tried to learn the ins and outs of this industry. I also tried to acquire at least the very basic knowledge and skills that are needed to further excel in this Upgrade to see actual info also rhymes with me being proactive. I see to it that I study or do whatever it is even before someone told me to or even before I think about it. I guess that's just how I evolved through the years of me, being an employee.
