I have been working in the BPO industry since 2011 and I have experience in market research, as well as in customer service.
I was a Quality Assurance supervisor for 2 years in the market research field. I also applied for a freelance online transcription job, got accepted but did not pursue it for lack of time. I'm currently using MS Excel at my present job.
I do not have any tutoring experience. I'm pretty confident with my conversational skill being in the BPO for quite a long time now. I admit that my grammar is not perfect but I can definitely converse in a way that the person I'm talking to will understand.
My current job is to provide customer support through email and I've been with this post for 2 years now. Before this, I also had 6 months experience as a phone support for Amazon account. I also did market research where we conduct surveys over the phone and I did that for 3 years.
