I started my virtual assistance career last September 2022. Without prior certification and only the eagerness to learn, I have successfully landed a client after weeks of Upgrade to see actual infoom there, I learned:
- Job Application Assistance
- Podcast Production Assistance ( e.g Collaborated with the editor to monitor the drafted edit to final touch. Produced caption for the podcast to be used for LinkedIn and Upgrade to see actual infoarched for Podcast guests. Reached out and schedule meetings.)
- Content Creation ( e.g sourced contents to be approved by the client and then update the content calendar)
- Lead Generation ( e.g Generated leads through linkedin and uploaded it to Hubspot)
- Social Media Marketing (e.g Posted on different platforms to promote our newly launched tool)
- LinkedIn Management (e.g Helped the client to expand their connection. Advise the client if there are any new messages, connection request)
- Email Management (e.g Managed the inbox and replied to the important emails in behalf of the client.)
Other than this, I also have a part time client for an Administrative Assistant position. I am responsible for:
- Updating weekly/monthly reports such as: Membership, Marketing ROI, Collected Cash, Retention Analysis, Attendance, etc.)
I also had a brief experience being a community manager for facebook account wherein:
- I handled the client’s facebook
- Engaged with his followers ( e.g respond to comments, react to their posts)
- Offered the product by following the sales flow given by the client.
- Add/Make new friends
Another worth of mentioning, I recently finished an internship under Sales & Marketing Department for a U.S based Company. I was responsible for:
- Researching Tasks
- Document Management (e.g Upload, Download, Edit, Create)
- Lead Generation (e.g Manually scraped information from directories while I used Sales Navigator when using LinkedIn. Everyday I have made a lead list in csv format for MailChimp purposes)
- Email Marketing (e.g used their CRM called Interlink, uploaded the contact information and sent cold emails)
- LinkedIn Management (e.g Handled the CEO’s account to find leads, expand the network and manage the inbox/connection requests)
I recently finished a 3-day training for OnlyFns (OF) chatter/account manager role where I learned: Doing mass dm, mass PPV, organizing vault, listing/labelling and etc.
