I have extensive knowledge and experience in the customer service industry for I have been working in this field for over 17 years now. I started out as a Sales Associate for an American telecommunications company for 2 years and moved on to becoming a financial analyst at one of the biggest banks in the U.S. where I spent 5 years of my life. I was fortunate enough to be promoted as a Team Manager for the remaining 2 and a half years of my total stay in the said financial firm. I went on to become a Quality Assurance Lead in another company and shifted to a work-from-home job writing articles, reviews, and blogs on various topics and niches as well as several self-help e-books and romance fiction books with sub-genres on mystery, adventure, sci-fi, etc. I am now managing an online store, specifically, it's Customer Support line. Although my main line of work experience is primarily based on customer service, I am not limited to that industry alone. I am very eager to learn. I am not afraid to fail and won't let that hinder me from trying again and, eventually, succeed in every endeavor. I am determined to see things through and I strive to always perform beyond the expected.
