Profile Description

I worked for almost 3 years on my previous job as a chat support. but sometimes I also receive and make calls when necessary. I can work under pressure, in fact, I can assist 5-7 clients at a time and max is 10 active chats when we are queuing.
I am also passionate on assisting clients and I really make it to a point that I can help them with a solution.
I also had my own online shop which I handled end-to-end customer purchase funnel. This has a great impact on me since this made me understand and give more patience to our clients since their satisfaction is very vital in a business.
Also, before that job, I worked in an Airline company for 6 months as cargo representative. And when I was in college, I had part time jobs as student assistant and a reservations officer in a travel agency.
