I am a Physical Therapy graduate with a six-year experience in providing administrative support services for study and internship abroad providers in the US and the UK. I communicated with clients at first hand through
My previous work experiences include about a year in BPO taking calls and providing customer service, taking care of complaints and performing analysis of credit data and financial statements. I also held down a job as a mobile phone store manager overseeing the store's daily processes, keeping inventories of products and services, hiring personnel, taking charge of staff compensation, bookkeeping and marketing. There were a few months I served as personal trainer to two geriatric patients recovering from stroke.
Resourceful, dynamic, and proactive are some of my qualities. I can work with minimal or no supervision at all after training and I quickly learn new assignments endorsed to me. I'm quite a perfectionist also and have a keen eye for details. While managing the team, I have gained the ability to interact and correlate with people. There are a lot of other skills I have gained over the years that include intermediate knowledge in photo editing using Adobe Photoshop, PDF creation and basic HTML skills. I worked mainly with internet browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer); Microsoft Office and iWork; Apple and Outlook mail clients; Vertical Response, Clearbooks; Salesforce, Google Apps, Toggl, Basecamp and a few other web-based platforms giving me adequate knowledge about these programs. Additionally, I have a basic knowledge in SEO.
“For years, I maxed out my hours, got burnt out, and the quality of my work would start to go down. I decided to take the leap, hire correctly, and now it frees up my time to focus on growing the business.”
