I worked in the call center industry for five years, handling a technical support account for an American-brand printers. We mainly assist our customers on installation, how-to scan, send/receive faxes, connect the printer to a wireless network, resolve software-related issues by doing a remote access on the customer's computer and even troubleshoot the hardware of the printer itself. It was no easy task and multi-tasking is very essential since we had several tools that we need to utilize. And we got to have a constructive resolution. Meaning, it should be a long-term resolution that would satisfy the customer both in the product and with the service/support given to them. After a couple of years, I was assigned as an Assistant Product Specialist (L2) handling escalations and directly getting in touch with our L3s from the US by sending them an email or a chat concerning unresolved issues that needs further research and troubleshooting. The task I handled then was very challenging since the L1s are relying on me specially on tough calls or issues and it is my responsibility to cascade any updates or changes to them. I resigned after five years because I still desire finishing my degree in Psychology. With the little money I managed to save from my salary, I'm finally back from being a student. However, I know that my hard-earned money is not enough to sustain three more years in college which is why I am more than eager to find a job and I eventually saw this ad on Facebook about online jobs and I find it very interesting and inviting. I read a lot, books and even online articles and sometimes apply what I've learned to my reports or presentations at school and I always get good feedback from my Professors. I can write an article, do a research or a customer support.
