I am currently an Executive Virtual Assistant directly working with the founder of a company I work to and I've been a Customer Service Representative for more than two years. I gained there fundamental skills like great communication skills and being a problem-solver in our everyday tasks which is to analyze customers concerns and issues in regards to their credits card and retail credit, so in able to serve our customers I'm keen on the details to provide them the information they need like their balances, their transactions, and other sensitive information.
As an experienced representative maintaining the fundamental skills, I was upskilled to higher department particularly the Escalation Team who role is to:
• Handle difficult and unusual situations to perform the required action.
• Monitors account which will be communicated to bank end.
• Maintained knowledge about policy and procedure to ensure an excellent standard of service.
This is also aligned with my specialization that is Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics. Being a math student and teacher in the future I am organized, good at management and I always think systematically so everything will run smoothly according to the plan which I believed these are the necessary skills for a Virtual Assistant.
