Six years in Account and Property Management- Working as an account manager- developing strong, cognitive, and long term relationships with both customers and account holders are one of my key responsibilities as well as identifying new business opportunities, maintaining accounts, running periodic checks and suggesting improvements in order to meet the demands and interests of both ends. 
Property Management demands more diverse and complex tasks. Working closely with Business Development Managers from property onboarding, cleaning and maintenance, occupancy rating, booking and calendar monitoring, cancellations, guest reviews etc while keeping effective and professional communication with guests and property owners should always be a top priority. 
Six years in the customer service field has honed not only my communication and multitasking skills but more so of my character as a whole. This difficult but rather fulfilling job helped me to understand people better, to be more compassionate towards their Upgrade to see actual info is more than just providing answers but rather an important part of the promise a brand makes to its customers. Customer service for me is more of an attitude really- a choice that everyone has the ability to make. You can never make a customer happy when you are not to begin with. The right attitude changes negative customer experiences into positive customer experiences.
