Six years in Account and Property Management- Working as an account manager- developing strong, cognitive, and long term relationships with both customers and account holders are one of my key responsibilities as well as identifying new business opportunities, maintaining accounts, running periodic checks and suggesting improvements in order to meet the demands and interests of both ends.
Property Management demands more diverse and complex tasks. Working closely with Business Development Managers from property onboarding, cleaning and maintenance, occupancy rating, booking and calendar monitoring, cancellations, guest reviews etc while keeping effective and professional communication with guests and property owners should always be a top priority.
