Profile Description

As a seasoned project manager, I've worked with globally cross-functional teams such as engineering, IT, sales & marketing, creatives, purchasing, manufacturing, and R&D. I've been in the industry for 12 years and my exposure to different people with diverse cultures and technical expertise allowed me to manage and release complex product development projects spanning from microchips/modules for digital healthcare equipment to web & mobile applications.

Generally, I apply the best practices of project management from PMBOK and PMI. As a project manager, I am flexible in handling different industries since my approach is hybrid. By combining Agile/ScruUpgrade to see actual infothodology with situational leadership strategies, I am able to synthesize project requirements and break them down into actionable plans along with multiple milestones as KPIs for success.
