Profile Description

My recent employment was in a BPO industry servicing U.S clients directly. Some of my task are answering inbound calls in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service in a professional way. I have a strong written and oral communication skills that I can use if ever you hire me as your virtual staff. 
I was also employed previously in a motorcycle industry locally as a marketing assistant for 5 years. I am responsible for pre-screening of client's documents for endorsement to bank, encoding of applications thru the system. Assist inbound and outbound calls from clients regarding schedule of maintenance of unit. As marketing strategies evolve we switched in digital marketing and I am the one responsible for the management and posting pf content for our Facebook business page. Assist inquiries about specification and price of motorcycle and schedule appointment for releasing of unit at the branch. I am an organized person, friendly, hardworking can easily follow instructions and a fast learner. I am willing and open to be trained if needed. I am open to work full time or part time40 hours a week and my time zone is Philippines standard time.
