Thank you for checking out my profile. I am an experience Customer Service Representative; I have worked for almost 3 years with two different companies that provides a high standard customer service; First was with Amazon which I’ve been with for 2 years and 2 months as an agent and a mentor/support. I have handled multiple accounts in the said company and pioneered a few tools for service Upgrade to see actual infocond was with Agents Only Philippines. I've been there for 7 months as a Beta Tester. I've used tools in Arria that are still in Beta phase to assist customers of Domino's Pizza and I used to audit calls occasionally for quality assurance and tools development. I am currently working as a part time HelpDesk Technician at Stefanini. I am assigned to create and resolve IT related iUpgrade to see actual info/requests and inquiries from phone, chat, and web submits using our ticketing system.
