Despite being a Filipino, English has always been my first language since I grew up in another country. In terms of experience, I admittedly do not have much in a professional sense but all throughout high school and college, I've participated in creative writing essays and was part of our school's newspaper committee.
During the pandemic, I had to oblige to a department shift and learn the ropes of digital marketing. With no background in marketing, I had to take the initiative to enroll myself in online classes to immerse myself in the field. I was able to learn the basics of Facebook Ads marketing, the KPIs and the implementation. I initially handled in-platform ads for online seller platforms such as Lazada and Shopee, then my boss decided to let me handle the Facebook Ads management of one of the well-known bag brand in the Philippines.
