I also experienced working as a freelance video editor, video clips that are going to be used on youtube instagram and tiktok. So far editing for me is fun. I usually use Capcut which is for me a lot easier to navigate.
I started in 2014 as cold caller. I qualify leads and I have been in different cold calling Upgrade to see actual infolling insurance policy (Obama care, Tiger Natural gas and Real estate). My task back then was to cold call homeowners and ask them if they were interested in a cash offer. I got promoted as a team leader/lead manager back then to an investor boss, I do coaching, and make scripts and Upgrade to see actual infond leads on the CRM and put comments for review and make follow-up calls. I handled 10 heads of cold callers, it was tough since I had to answer all the team's queries, all the training, etc. But I always tell myself that I will be rewarded for my hard work in the end and I always remind my team to be always dedicated and diligent to their job and should always give their best for the company because if the boss wins, we will also win for sure.
Also, I experienced working as the Head Marketing Specialist for a wholesaling company/contract assignment-company for multi-family and commercial investments, because of that I am very much familiar with different Appraisal districts, and different marketing platforms such as Investorlift, Upgrade to see actual info, Linkedin, Facebook, and MLS.
My most recent experience was as a Land acquisition manager who specializes in vacant land. I know how to do due diligence, search properties on different county appraisal districts, and send contracts for review. Do marketing research, I know how to use Upgrade to see actual info, mapright, Landglide, Datatree, Podio, etc.
Not only that, but I also have other working experience as a customer service associate and as a virtual salesperson in big companies like; Delta Airlines, Kohls, Target, and Walmart (via third-party company BPO, all contract-based). And I can still remember working in customer service as one of the employees who got the highest score in CSAT (customer service satisfaction score). While in sales, I was able to experience multiple times exceeding the daily quota of $350 sales per day. I sometimes reached an amount of $1,000+ in sales in a day and I was able to get the highest commission in a week. I can say that I am a master in customer service, sales, and cold calling as I love talking to people and I love building relationships.
I have a positive attitude towards work, time management, and honesty. I love working hard to achieve my daily goals and tasks. I believe that learning is a never-ending process, and despite having the working experiences that I have, I am still very willing to undergo training to learn new skills.
