Recruitment Manager (Human Resources)

I have been working as a recruitment manager and have been responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions. I have been appointed as the POC of the whole recruitment department.

Assisted our HR Director with all of the HR responsibilities from Employee engagement to HR event planning.

I would consider myself an excellent English speaker as I have continued to practice my English communication skills while doing interviews, cold calling, doing phone support and teaching English to young learners as an ESL teacher.

I had an experience doing real estate & B2B cold calling and appointment setting.

Worked with the biggest telecommunications company in the US. Worked with a food delivery company based in AUS.

Generated and distributed payslips to all of the employees using Lookerstudio.

Used Canva and other photo editing platforms for HR job posts and employee-related posting for engagement.

Managed the department's calendar for interview scheduling on a day-to-day basis.

Data entry is a huge part of recruitment, I had to fulfill this task to make sure all of my applicant information and details were up to date and coherent with one another.

Worked as an online English teacher to young learners from China.
