Hi, I am ---------- ---------- and I am a Virtual assistant for 4 years. My experience includes Dropshipping, Customer Service, Social Media Management, and a little experience in SEO. In dropshipping, I process orders, ship orders, process returns and refunds, cancellations, and product research/listing. My customer service experience is answering emails from Amazon seller central, Etsy and Zendesk, and the company's Gmail account. I didn't take calls because we only answer our customer's messages through this messaging app. Then I managed our company's FB group and page. I answer customers' inquiries, concerns, and even complaints through comments, posts, or messenger. I also posted weekly on our group to gain engagements such as ---------- s, giveaways or promotions, and even holiday games. As a Social Media Manager, my task is to find a possible influencer, and if I found one that fits the standard, I will going to reach out to that influencer and give an ---------- SEO, I was trained how to do SEO from my previous company but that was 4 years ago. The only idea I have in SEO is will describe the product's use, what it is made or what's the disadvantage of that specific item and that will be put in the product description, then give 3-5 functions of that item for its listing bullets. Then the last company that I'm in was also a dropshipping company which is our marketplace is a Facebook marketplace and our sources are Amazon, eBay, and home ---------- this company, I am the store manager, so I handle all my store orders, shipping, returns, and refunds, and also customer service. Then 3 months after, I was promoted as Team Leader and awarded Team Leader of the month because of how I handled every client complaint and how I handled my team.
