I took a BSBA major in Human Resources and Development Management as my course in College. My last job was as a Customer Service Representative in a financial account last March 4, 2019-April 5, 2021. I have learned so much with this type of account. I learned how to use my tone of voice in different scenarios in taking calls to the cardholders, to be patient and active listening. I kept in my mind that our Supervisor taught us which is "Service with a smile" in every call and chat that I take. I had also experience being an Accounting Assistant, HR Intern, and Secretary in a Piggery Farm. I am very focused on given work, accountable, analyzing, organizing ability, and being punctual at work.
