Profile Description

My name is Upgrade to see actual info, I am an EA/Project Manager for an Australian Digital Marketing Agency based in Melbourne for 2 years giving support to my CEO. I am experienced with management tools such as Upgrade to see actual info, Asana, Click-Up, and Trello.  I liaise with developers, designers, and the rest of the marketing team. I update content and products in Shopify too! I also create invoices, process purchase orders, do payroll for internal team, reconcile purchases and payments, record receipts and expenses, and prepare financial reports using Xero and Dext.

 I have 8 years of experience handling B2B and B2C Australian clients specializing in project management, virtual admin assistance, customer service, debt collections, sales and digital marketing. I am perfect for the role because aside from being a hardworking Filipina, I also used to work as an Executive Assistant for 2 years giving direct support to the CEO. I also run campaigns for facebook and write short content for the clients, edit graphic photos and videos using Canva, and schedule them using Planoly or Upgrade to see actual info. I am a fast learner and can easily get the task right with minimal supervision. I am basically an all-rounder!

Let me also add that as an Admin Support and Executive assistant, I manage clients’ calendars, book flights and hotels, book meetings with potential customers, organize data using excel and generate leads. I am also conducting initial CV screening, interviews,s and job offers for the new hires. He has also entrusted the payroll to me for our small team here in the Philippines.
