I have finished an intensive Virtual Assistant training wherein I have increased my proficiencies in various admin skills. I also have experience managing Gmail. I have organized inboxes by identifying urgent messages, applying correct label, sending replies and assigning stars. I have also applied some automations. I'm also good in performing accurate web research and have used some search operators to find information more accurately. I have also presented data through charts and tables using Google Docs.
