Profile Description

Before I worked in BPO industry, Retail Store in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Government Upgrade to see actual info BPO industry I worked in customer service. By providing customer service, I was able to developed patience and adapt to the customer that I'm talking to. After working in the BPO, I flew in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to work as store manager. There, I manage my staff making sure that they are doing good not only in work but also listening to their concerns in the workplace. I also manage inventory in the store. After a year working in Saudi Arabia I flew back in the Philippines where I worked in the government sector for 4 years. Being in the government sector, it may be a challenge but I was able to build discipline and improve my work etiquette. Here I compile all the inventory in the warehouse, organize and schedule the auction and condemnation. I check also the shipments being delivered in our sector. While I was happy and contented working in the government sector, I know in my heart that my passion is in Information Technology. Currently, I'm continuing my Bachelors Degree in Information Technology. I also took courses in WordPress development and currently practicing my web development skills. I may not have any experience yet in the IT industry but I know I will be able to use what I learned in my previous job together with my current knowledge in web development and be a good employee to my future employer. One thing I know is that skills can be learned but the ability to work with discipline is something that can only be learned through experience.
